I want to make A (Event) children of B (Person). However, I only find the method to make the parent-children relationship in same type.

Yes, you can nest an Event under a Person. You first need to allow this combination in the Item Type settings:

Click the cog in the top-right.

Select Item Types.

Select Event.
-
Scroll down to Nesting.

Click the dropdown list and tick the box next to Person.

Click OK.
You can then nest your Event under the Person:

Select the Event you want to nest.

In the Inspector, click the Nest Under dropdown list.

Tick the Person you want the Event nested under.
The Event will now be nested under that Person.
Using Relationships instead
For connecting People to Events, we often recommend using Relationships instead of nesting.
A Relationship connects a Person to an Event without making the Event their child. This can be useful because:

You can connect several People to one Event, such as everyone involved in a battle.

You can group Events by Person to see their Events together.

Aeon can calculate a Person’s age at an Event.

You can create different Relationship types to describe how the Person and Event are connected.
If your Events are things that happened to or involved a Person, Relationships may be a better option.
