When I go to open a file, I see that dropblox is showing a symbol that seems to be a sync error. I can’t upload or download any files.
Dropbox works with all other apps instantly.
I swiped to close Aeon.
Restarted the ipad.
I deleted and reinstalled Aeon.
No file, new or old, can upload or download to Dropbox from Aeon.
What does this symbol mean? And how do I fix this?

Well, this is pretty old. I should have read it more closely.
Looks like you posted this in the Beta forum. Hopefully the developers will lend a hand.

Thanks, yes, I’ve seen that page and it was all working perfectly and now it’s not. The screenshot is from within Aeon Timeline. In dropbox on the ipad, iphone & ios, files are uploading and downloading correctly – they just never make it to or from dropbox to aeon timeline. Thanks for steering me to the Windows PC link – I’ll check that out now!
