I’ve branched out from fiction! Need to put together a management project for a home construction project, so I used the “Project Timeline” template [sample data not included].
I’m very much liking many of the newest updates I haven’t had to touch in my old fiction timeline. Good job!!
Upon import of my csv outline, I followed the instructions in the import guide, which says to use UTF-8 and straight double-quotes to set apart lists within one field (e.g. “Paint should be blue, white, or green.”).
Having set up my csv as best I could, I imported it into the new timeline (having already set up my items and relationship types and adding three events already by hand). This error has occurred for every field where I’ve double-quoted sentences containing commas.
It’s a small bug that I’m fixing by hand as I make sure each row has been brought into AT, but I thought you’d like to know.
FYI, the “escape quotes” does work:
As you can see I also put that phrase inside quotes, but there weren’t any commas in it.
